Park Hill Restoration

Built in a 1920s Period Revival neighborhood, this home, which was built later in the 1950s, stylistically fit well into the neighborhood. Inside however, a choppy interior was hard to navigate. Using European and French clues, Hull Millwork renovated the interior with French revival moldings and details.

To improve the flow of the home, the kitchen was moved to the center. In the family room, the chimney was moved to the north wall, then the west wall opened to the rear yard and pool. A second floor sitting area off of the master bedroom was also added. On the exterior, the garage was moved from the rear of the property to the side, providing the owners a bluff view and opened up the backyard to a pool and better outdoor living space.
